Admission Procedure
At Swamy Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School, admissions are open for Kindergarten to Higher Secondary classes, subject to availability of seats. The process is simple, transparent, and merit-based.
Eligibility Criteria
LKG: – Child should have completed 3 years and 6 months.
UKG: – Child should have completed 4 years and 6 months..
Class I onwards: – Admission based on age-appropriate criteria, previous school performance, and availability of seats.
Higher Secondary (XI Standard) – Eligibility depends on performance in the Class X Board Examinations and subject-specific requirements for chosen streams (Science with Biology/Computer Science, etc.).

Application Form
Obtain the admission form from the school office or download it from the official website.

Submission of Documents
Submit the completed form along with required documents (birth certificate, community certificate, previous school records, transfer certificate if applicable, and passport-size photographs).

Entrance Interaction/Test
For certain classes, students may be required to take an assessment or attend an interaction to gauge readiness.

Parent Interview
An interaction with parents/guardians to understand the child’s background and expectations.

Confirmation of Admission
Admission will be confirmed after verification of documents and payment of fees within the stipulated time.

Withdrawal Policy
Parents wishing to withdraw their ward must submit a written application at least one month in advance.
A Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after:
Clearance of all school dues and return of library/school property.
Submission of the withdrawal request in the prescribed format.
Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The school reserves the right to issue a TC in cases of consistent indiscipline or non-compliance with school rules.
